Migrating to Darma Valley for the first time with Kuncha

Firstly, I would like to let you know about Kuncha or Kunja , Kuncha is basically a word for Migration in my mother tongue Rung Lwo . The Migration or Kuncha we perform is specifically from  one home to another, it is done to  prevent the extreme weather condition in our summer home and also to facilitate the trade which our ancestors used to do from Tibet to India and Vice-Versa. Darma Valley : Introduction Darma Valley is a group of remote tribal villages surrounded with mighty Himalayan Mountains of Kumaon Region, Uttarakhand ( India ). For all three major Valleys of Dharchula we firstly travel through the same road till Tawaghat which is 17km from Dharchula, then we get separated from Vyas Valley route. After some kilometres from Tawaghat we get to see Chhirkila Dam built on Dhauliganga River or Darma Yangti. Now we reach Kanjoti, from here routes for Chaudas Valley will change.  Lower Darma Valley  The flood of 2013 in Uttarakhand was disastrous and damaged many places of Dharchula too. One
